Price Impact vs Slippage

Price impact is the percentage change in a token's exchange rate caused by a specific trade, resulting from the shift in pool token ratios produced by the transaction.

Slippage is the difference between the price expected when placing a trade and the actual price at which that trade executes, caused by market movement or insufficient liquidity.
